What happened my account got under review second time?

Success stories always entice viewers not the failures or rejections so let me share my story I believe it may help new VA’s on Amazon to deal with it. I got my seller central account launched in Nov 2021 with the hope to kick off Dropshipping model as I heard a lot no investment is required all you need to do is to post a listing and start getting orders. After dozens of interviews, I managed to get a VA to manage my seller central with Dropshipping model which I thought would be an FBA as we were doing amazon Prime to Amazon as simple as people claims. But actually, we were doing FBM.

As we started on Nov 15, 2021, one fine morning I got up, and as usual with a layer of eye-opening read the email from Amazon about the Account is under review. Well, I took a screenshot and sent it to VA and he responded it happens as it’s a holiday season Amazon is scrutinizing well have to believe anyways. We ended up in appeal and an Amazon rep called me and I assured taking action on the issue and it won’t happen again. After 3 days account was back to normal and we started listing products. As we entered in December not much happened and 2 half of the December account was put on vacation mode which means no listing well that’s a legit option to avail.

As we entered 2022 we kicked off listing aggressively and managed to reach 10k sales in just a few days until one fine morning AMAZON arrived with a waving flag and this time it was a different reason. What was that? Oh yes my VTR (Valid Tracking Number) was lower than 95% and that caused all my listing taken off and the account went in to review. The same steps were taken and shared a screenshot with VA and he responded ‘ i am not sure why it happened but we will go for appeal well that’s obo. If that’s how we are operating our account sorry I am not proceeding with Dropshipping. It may work for other smart folks but not for me and I decided to move to Fba wholesale and also went for appeal. As I told Amazon I am coming to them they open 10 more marketplaces for me which were initially 3. So here is my appeal and I am all set to start my FBA wholesale.

Here is the second appeal:

Amazon deactivated all our listings because they consider we are violating Amazon Drop Shipping Policies. But we need to make sure that we are not doing Drop Shipping we are the authorized seller & selling products with our own brand name on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging.
Upon checking in details, we found out that it happens with some of our orders because these days we are getting a large number of orders due to high outside (social media) promotion on our ASINs. We are using 3PL services to fulfill our orders not only for Amazon also for other marketplaces like eBay & Wish. On those marketplaces, we are registered with other business entity names. So, mistakenly they(3PL) print our other business name on our Amazon orders.
Our meaning is not to violate any kind of policy, that happened due to the 3PL services we were using. To overcome the issue in the future we are planning to use Amazon Fulfillment services instead of 3PL. We will send all our stock to the Amazon warehouse & only do FBA not FBM for all our FBM offers on Amazon. We are just checking all the requirements we need to fulfill while sending our inventory to the Amazon warehouse as an FBA seller. We are doing this on an expedited basis & prepping our products according to FBA policies.
We also fulfilled all our open orders on a priority basis to avoid further impact on our account.

Please have a look & let us know if you need any further information from our side. We will be glad to provide further information in this regard.

Thank you
