Success stories always entice viewers not the failures or rejections so let me share my story I believe it may help new VA’s on Amazon to deal with it. I got my seller central account launched in Nov 2021 with the hope to kick off Dropshipping model as I heard a lot no investment is required all you need to do is to post a listing and start getting orders. An Amazon account went under review & we appealed
As we started on Nov 15, 2021, one fine morning I got up, and as usual with a layer of eye-opening reading the email from Amazon about the Account is under review. Well, I took a screenshot and sent it to VA and he responded it happens as it’s a holiday season Amazon is scrutinizing well have to believe anyways. We ended up in appeal and an Amazon rep called me and I assured taking action on the issue so it won’t happen again. After 3 days account was back to normal and we started listing products

What Led to this violation?
We are in violation of Amazon’s Dropshipping policy due to improperly labeled boxes. We located the issue of employees re-using boxes from other suppliers. We have a big warehouse and we receive and ship thousands of products per day. My management has informed me that some deliveries got sent to customers in re-used boxes. These boxes sometimes have a label or name on them from the original supplier. Workers re-use the boxes to save time and money. This error is due to a lack in my management, I take full responsibility for this. I am aware of Amazon’s policies but due to my negligence I was unable in ensuring its implementation
Corrective action-
We held a company meeting this morning 10/26/2021. In the meeting, we discussed Amazon policies such as drop shipping and these Amazon links provided.

From today 10/26/2021, moving forward, all employees are now trained and instructed to only use unmarked and unlabeled shipment packaging. All old boxes and shipping labels have been inspected and disposed of. A new manager is hired to now check all new shipments from the factory will be shipped in brand new packaging with no old or re-used boxing. The new manager will enforce a system of checks and balances. The system will provide workers with clear instructions and additional use of the factory. A specific area of the factory will now be used only for the disposal of old boxes. Incoming shipments will come in and the old boxes will go right to the disposal area.
Ensure violation avoidance :
In the future, to adhere to Amazon’s and our internal policies, we will have weekly meetings. During this, the new manager will do inspections every day to assure that we are using unmarked and unlabeled packaging for all customer shipments. The manager will check that all old boxes and labels are disposed of using the new system of checks and balances we created by using the new area of the factory for disposals only. We will ship all products with new boxes only. I am also going to hold myself responsible to make sure each employee and manager is trained effectively so problems do not happen in the future. In the case I get sick, going to be away, or have an urgent matter to attend to, and do not have a properly trained manager/supervisor to fulfill my position for my time out, I will put the account on ‘Vacation Mode’ to ensure no issues or problems occur during my absence. All employees will be trained on this new system and Amazon’s policies. We are committed to operating professionally to deliver the best value to our customers.
After this, my account got back to normal and I resumed listing. But it was not the last time it happened, Last week of February I got another email regarding a different issue known as VTR (Valid Tracking Number) the tracking ID customers use for tracing their item. It went under 95% and I got prompted again by Amazon. After a few days, they suspended the seller fulfilled orders or merchants’ fulfilled orders in other words an end to FBM. So what to do next?
Dropshipping was perfect until we caught up. So we decided to switch to FBA. The link will be coming soon.
